Using Meed Collections

By using www.meedcollections.store you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment made.

Payments

Payments are made through IntaSend by M-Pesa or card. Your order is marked paid only after IntaSend confirms the payment.

Delivery

Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us through the Support page promptly after delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Sellers

Sellers must apply and provide accurate business details and documents. Meed may approve, reject or suspend a seller at its discretion.

Sellers must list only genuine products they are allowed to sell, describe them accurately, and fulfil paid orders promptly.

Meed may withhold or reverse payments linked to fraud, counterfeit goods or breach of these terms.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, attempts to break security, fake reviews or illegal goods.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Meed Collections is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
